Fifteen years selling one bone graft is either loyalty or evidence

Reps switch product lines all the time. TJ Reagan has carried ACTIFUSE since 2011, and the surgeons who use it keep reordering it. That second part is the argument.

Who we are

Elite Surgical Technologies is TJ Reagan. He has sold surgical devices since 2006 and ACTIFUSE since 2011, first as Baxter’s Orthobiologic Sales Specialist for Ohio, now as the number one ACTIFUSE distributorship in the country, covering Ohio, Indiana and the Pittsburgh area.

HOW IT STARTED

From J&J hips and knees to the graft that stuck

TJ started in surgical device sales in 2006, selling hips, knees and shoulders for Johnson & Johnson. In 2011, Baxter recruited him as one of 65 Orthobiologic Sales Specialists nationwide to sell ACTIFUSE, and handed him Ohio.

Most of those 65 moved on years ago. TJ kept selling it, because his surgeons kept using it. One of them has fused more than 2,000 patients with it since 2014.

HOW IT WORKS TODAY

One product, known deeply, delivered in person

Four years ago TJ converted his territory into an independent distributorship, Elite Surgical Technologies, now the number one ACTIFUSE distributorship in the country. One product family instead of a truck full of catalogs.

He covers cases in the OR, in-services surgical staff on the MIS applicator, and answers the phone himself. Hospitals on contract include University Hospitals Cleveland, Allegheny Health Network, Bon Secours Mercy Health, Cincinnati Children’s, Ohio State and IU Health.

If your hospital is on the list, the hard part is already done

Surgeons: ask about a trial case. Patients: ask your surgeon about ACTIFUSE by name.
